Job Well Done! Bill and his partner were very efficient and did amazing work. I had an overhang that had bees swarming around. Not only did they remove and replace the roof, but they also cleaned out the bees and hives that were in there and they made it so it shouldn’t happen again. I was very impressed with how he did it. Unlike many contractors who never followed up with a quote, Bill was very responsive. He came out the following morning and delivered a very reasonable quote later that same day. Bill explained his plan for our deck repair very well and his team, Tom and Mike, started work the following week. Debris was taken away at the end of each day. When our preferred handrail systems were out of stock locally, Bill made a few trips one evening to various supply stores to find the right ones. When we noticed a few details we weren’t fully satisfied with, Bill and his team were out immediately to take care of them. Overall we’re pleased with the deck repair and are relieved that we no longer need to worry about rotted support beams! – Linda
